Q. What is the frequency of your newsletter?
A. Members receive our trade notifications only when our trend following trading system generates a new trading signal. We do not send weekly or monthly newsletters.

Q. How many equities do you recommend?
A. We only recommend one ETF per portfolio. When our trading system generates a new trading signal (trend change), we recommend that you sell the existing ETF and buy a new one but at any given time our portfolios do not hold more than one ETF.
